How can I get an invoice from an order I made?
If you need an invoice for a refurbished product you purchased, you will need to request it directly from the seller. RefurbMe does not process orders or hold any payment or personal information, so only the refurbisher can provide your invoice.
How to request an invoice
- Find the seller's contact details. Visit our support contact info page to locate the email, phone number, or live chat for the refurbisher you bought from.
- Provide your order details. Include your order number, the email address you used at checkout, and specify that you need an invoice.
- Check your email. Some sellers send an invoice automatically with the order confirmation or shipping notification. Look in your inbox (and spam folder) before reaching out.
Invoices for business purchases
If you are buying refurbished Apple products for a business, an invoice is often required for accounting or tax purposes. Most professional refurbishers can provide a VAT-compliant or tax-compliant invoice upon request. When contacting the seller, mention that the purchase is for business use so they can include the correct details (company name, VAT number, etc.).
What if the seller does not respond?
If you have trouble getting an invoice from the seller, try the following:
- Check your account on the seller's website. Many refurbishers let you download invoices directly from your order history.
- Try a different support channel. If email is slow, try live chat or phone support.
- Allow a few business days. Some sellers take 2-5 business days to process invoice requests.
RefurbMe is a comparison service and does not have access to your order data. All invoice requests must go through the seller where you completed your purchase.
