You order from your country's version of RefurbMe, and the seller ships to you. RefurbMe compares refurbishers in 7 markets: the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Most refurbishers ship inside their own country only, so start by picking your market from the flag at the top right of the header. If your country is not one of the seven, you can still buy from US sellers through a forwarding address.

Each refurbisher sets its own shipping rules. RefurbMe shows whether a seller offers international shipping on its profile, so check that before you buy.

How do I make sure I am on the right version?

Click the flag at the top right of the header and pick your country. On a phone, the country list is in the menu. The store switch at the bottom of every page works too. Prices, sellers, and shipping options all update to match that market. Your country is usually detected automatically, but the switch lets you override it.

Is a US order worth it if you live in Canada or the UK?

The Canada and UK import costs pages compare a US order plus import costs with the local refurbished price.

Can I buy if my country is not listed?

Yes. A US package forwarder lets you receive products from US refurbishers:

  1. The forwarder gives you a US shipping address.
  2. At checkout on the seller's site, enter that address as your delivery address.
  3. Once the forwarder receives the package, it reships it to your home address with the carrier you pick.

Import duty and tax depend on your country. Our import costs guide compares six US forwarders and estimates shipping, duty and tax for sixteen countries, including India and Brazil. For other countries, you can estimate duty on SimplyDuty.

Before you buy, it helps to know how long delivery takes and what shipping costs.
