Questions about the Mac mini
What is MU9E3LL/A?
MU9E3LL/A is Apple's part number for the Mac mini M4 512GB Silver, made for the US (the LL/A suffix). Apple released it in November 8, 2024. Its launch price was $799. Apple sold it new until September 22, 2026. It runs macOS 27. Other part numbers for the same device: G1CF0LL/A, MU9E3.
Which seller has the cheapest refurbished Mac mini?
Today it is Back Market, at $833 for a Excellent (A) unit with 1‑year warranty. The cheapest Good unit is $835 at Back Market. The cheapest Fair unit is $879 at eBay Refurbished.
What warranty comes with a refurbished Mac mini?
It depends on the seller. On this page: Back Market 1‑year warranty, eBay Refurbished no stated warranty. Every seller here takes returns for 30 days.
Is a refurbished Mac mini worth buying?
Yes, for most buyers. A refurbished Mac mini performs like a new one for less money, and a desktop that never leaves your desk carries little of the risk of a used laptop. On 7 October 2026, Back Market listed the M1 Mac mini with 8 GB and 256 GB at $488, about 30% below Apple's $699 launch price. eBay Refurbished listed the M4 with 16 GB and 256 GB at $729, $170 less than Apple's new M6 Mac mini with the same memory and storage at $899.
